Good Day.

I'd like to animate this donkey (iteration 1 or max 2).

Will the topology hold the deformations or should i add some more detail?

I dont think the joints for the upper legs on both front and back will work the way you want.

either look at a real donkey or look at shrek to see how it deforms. i think that joint is going to colapse on you maybe just 2 more line "loops" and it will work.

The back upper leg might have some problems. that big muscle at the top might crash with the belly, but you could fix that with a shape linked to the orientation of the bone. i could be wrong about the crashing on that.

A TD friend likes to push modelers to put 5 loops at every joint so he can get the correct deformation.
